Plant & Process - Training - Data Relationships
The storage tanks have a relationship with the bitumen plant, but they also have a relationship with the ship that brings in the raw bitumen from the refinery in Australia.
We can click on the link between the ship and the tanks to get more information about this data relationship. We can see the arrival date, we can see the name of the ship that the last shipment came in on, the volume, and the viscosity. We can also click on the ship to get a bit more information about this vessel: whom it's owned by, and who the shipping agent is. And we can also see the relationship this ship has with the refinery in Australia.
If we click on this link here, we can see all the ships that have come into Napier port, and when the next ships will be leaving. We are now looking at the relationship between the port in New Zealand and the bitumen refinery plant in Australia. We can see that there is a data relationship between the two locations, and we can click on that to get some more information. We can see the volume of bitumen that is being shipped from Australia to New Zealand, on what vessel and on what date.
